This year's CMA Fest was one for the scrapbooks, and lucky for us, we get to relive it over and over again.
The annual CMA Fest TV special is poised to take us through some of the biggest and best performances from across the festival's Nissan Stadium main stage on Tuesday, June 25 on ABC and next day on Hulu.
Hosted by the incomparable Jelly Roll and Ashley McBryde, the three-hour primetime event will see a whopping 30 performances from across the four-night long extravaganza, with once-in-a-lifetime collaborations, beloved classics and some of our favorite hits from country music's finest entertainers.
“When my buddy Jelly Roll and I walked out into this massive crowd and felt the electric energy for the first time, it felt important,” McBryde offers. “We were nervous! But it also felt good, because at the root of it all, it’s just me and my pal cutting up, only we’re doing it on national television for CMA Fest.”
From Kelsea Ballerini's chilling rendition of her cult-favorite, 'Penthouse,' to collabs with Post Malone & Blake Shelton, Clint Black & Jon Pardi, Big & Rich with HARDY and more, it'll set up to be a country fan's dream special as we reminisce on another great CMA Fest.
Among the performers that will be gracing the big screen on June 25 are Shaboozey, Lainey Wilson, Brothers Osborne, Luke Bryan, Terri Clark, Jordan Davis, Jackson Dean, Cody Johnson, Little Big Town, Parker McCollum, Megan Moroney and so many more.
"Stepping onto the stage in front of 50,000 people to host CMA Fest at Nissan Stadium in my hometown of Nashville was indescribable,” Jelly Roll shares. “The magnitude of the moment really hit me, to be across the street from the juvenile detention center I was in and to now be on stage hosting—how do you describe being in the same exact place while being in a place that couldn’t be more different, at the same time.”
While the 2024 edition of CMA Fest will be hard to top, hopeful attendees can already get their hands on tickets for next year's installment, taking place June 5-8 in Nashville, Tennessee.
The CMA Fest 204 TV Special will air on Tuesday, June 25 at 8/7c on ABC, and streaming on Hulu the next day. For more information on how to watch the CMA Fest TV Special, head here.
