Keith Urban has scored this week's UK Country Radio Airplay Chart No. 1 with his upbeat, jubilant 2024 single, ‘WILDSIDE’, for the frame dated September 13th to 19th.

The feel-good anthem arrived ahead of the ‘One Too Many’ hitmaker's keenly awaited new album, HIGH, which dropped on Friday (September 20th) to widespread acclaim.

‘WILDSIDE’ finds Keith Urban paying tribute to a Southern woman that he falls for from the moment he sees her, with Urban's distinctive, enthused croons gliding enchantingly across an energising drum pattern and euphoric electric guitar riff.

‘WILDSIDE’ replaces Drew Baldridge's ’She's Somebody's Daughter’ at the pinnacle of the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart, which has spent the past two weeks in the top spot.

‘She's Somebody's Daughter’ is forced to settle for second place on this frame, with the Top Five being completed by Jordan Davis’ ‘I Ain't Sayin’, Megan Moroney's ’Am I Okay?’ and Old Dominion's ‘Coming Home’ at No. 3, 4 and 5 respectively.

The biggest mover is Dwight Yoakam and Post Malone's momentous duet, ‘I Don't Know How To Say Goodbye (Bang Bang Boom Boom)’, which surged a whopping 3,306% to take it to No. 48. In light of the excitement surrounding Keith Urban's new album, this frame also saw new entries from Urban's ‘CHUCK TAYLORS’ and ‘DAYTONA’ (No. 43 and 44 respectively), as well as Dasha's ‘Bye Bye Bye’ (No. 40), Sam Palladio's ‘Wake Me Up in Nashville’ (No. 35), Charlie Thompson's ‘I Wish I Knew’ (No. 34) and 49 Winchester's ‘Make It Count’ (No. 26).
