As festival season continues to roll along, Jelly Roll has been unveiled as one of the headliners for the 12th Annual Gulf Coast Jam.
The country-rap trailblazer will serve as the main event on Friday night of the festival (May 31) and joins already-announced Sunday headliner Morgan Wallen.
“Jelly Roll is absolutely exploding, and he was one of the top artists our Jammers kept raving about when we started putting our lineup together,” notes festival Executive Producer Rendy Lovelady. “We can’t be more excited to have him as one of our headliners next year.”
“Jelly Roll sold out Bridgestone Arena in Nashville last year, he’s winning awards, and his music and his amazing story are connecting with fans in a huge way,” adds Gulf Coast Jam Presented by Jim Beam COO Mark Sheldon. “We can’t wait to have him on our stage next June!”
Since fully hopping into the country music scene in 2021, the Nashville native has been quickly taking over the format and winning over legions of fans night after night.
Jelly's debut country album, Whitsitt Chapel, was released earlier this summer and notched the largest debut country release in Billboard Consumption chart history. He will kick off his headlining Backroad Baptism Tour on July 28 and will zigzag around the country through October 14.
2023's Gulf Coast Jam saw over 30,000 country music fans descend on Panama City Beach and featured electric headlining performances from the likes of Miranda Lambert, Kane Brown, HARDY and Kenny Chesney, who filled in for Wallen after he announced he was under a six-week vocal rest.
The 2024 edition of Gulf Coast Jam will take over Florida's Panama City Beach from May 30-June 2.
