HARDY is the latest country star to stop by for a coveted Apple Music Session, with the country-rock maverick having released three live tracks as part of the EP.
For the new Apple Music Sessions project, HARDY and Lainey Wilson have revamped their hugely popular collaboration, ‘wait in the truck’.
The new, stripped-back version adds a new layer of eeriness to the already dark and captivating track.
Joining ‘wait in the truck’ on the new EP is a new rendition of ‘A ROCK’, the title-track from HARDY's acclaimed 2020 album.
The touching ballad once again showcases the singer-songwriter's storytelling brilliance, while also highlighting the gentler side of HARDY's sound.
Last year, in a special AMA Honors tribute to HARDY's success in the industry so far, his good buddy Morgan Wallen performed a moving acoustic cover of ‘A ROCK’.
The third and final track on HARDY Apple Music Sessions EP sets his rockier impulses loose, and finds him covering the Stone Temple Pilots’ moody ‘Big Empty’.
HARDY recently kicked off his 2023 the mockingbird & THE CROW tour, which will take him across states such as Georgia, Colorado, California, Tennessee and more.
He'll also be joining Morgan Wallen on his Australia and New Zealand dates in March.
