The two fast-emerging artists performed at Dee's Country Cocktail Lounge on Wednesday evening during a secret show, as Nashville's colossal country-loving fanbase continues to gear up for CMA Fest, which officially kicks off today (Thursday, June 8).
As part of the set, Hailey Whitters and 49 Winchester linked up for a crowd-pleasing rendition of Dolly Parton's iconic hit, ‘9 to 5’, which served as the electrifying finale to the joint performance.
As usual, Hailey Whitters brought her captivating, playful charm to the Dee's Lounge stage, which felt amplified in the knowledge she was performing a song by the Queen of Country.
49 Winchester were also their usual entertaining, high-energy selves, with the much-loved band underlining once again to all those in attendance exactly why they're being tipped - alongside Hailey Whitters - as one of the genre's stars of tomorrow.
Hailey Whitters has just completed her stint supporting Shania Twain on her blockbuster 2023 Queen Of Me tour, with the Iowa prodigy having performed with the Canadian megastar across California, Arizona, Colorado, Wisconsin, Utah, Nebraska and Minnesota throughout May.
49 Winchester are currently preparing for their own high-profile supporting slot on Luke Combs’ world tour, with the Virginia troubadours joining up with the ‘Beer Never Broke My Heart’ hitmaker for his hotly anticipated UK and European dates later in the year.
Hailey Whitters has an array of sets lined up throughout CMA Fest weekend, with the singer-songwriter set to perform on the Chevy Riverfront Stage on Friday, June 9 at 1:45pm. Later that evening, Whitters will deliver her eagerly awaited Nissan Stadium performance at 8:55pm.
