Viral newcomer Gabriella Rose will be hitting the road next spring alongside J.R. Carroll.
The 'Doublewide' sensation will act as support for the 'Diamondhead' star as he takes on stages in cities like Fort Worth, Oklahoma City, Chicago, Nashville and beyond on his Hometown Hero trek.
Of her soon-to-be tour mate, Rose had nothing but good things to say, sharing on social media: "He is such an incredible artist and human and I am so so excited, someone pinch me, and go do yourself a favor and listen to his record it’s incredible and it just dropped."
Carroll will be touring in support of his recently released full-length debut, Dark Cloud, which arrived last Friday (Dec. 6).
The album follows the star through his native Oklahoma as, song-by-song, he exhumes the person he is today from the land's red dirt.
"I’m proud to have spent my most formative years in Oklahoma, and specifically Oologah, Oklahoma," he explained upon the album's announcement. "That place, and the people in that place molded me into the man that I am today. Oologah means Dark Cloud in Cherokee, and to honor my home and all the people who invested time and love and positive energy into me, I thought it was a fitting name for my first album."
Rose will open each date for Carroll, regaling audiences – and soon-to-be fans – will songs from her latest EP, Wait Til I Get My Money Up.
