After months of teasers and tantalising clips, Taylor Sheridan's latest Yellowstone spin-off, Dutton Ranch, is here. Cole Hauser and Kelly Reilly reprise their roles as fan-favourites from the original series, Rip Wheeler and Beth Dutton.

The timeline picks up after Yellowstone Season 5, where Beth and Rip are relocating to a new ranch in Texas in search of a fresh start. Although a happy ending was hinted at during the final episode of Yellowstone, it quickly becomes clear in Dutton Ranch that this is far from what awaits the couple in the Lone Star state. And in all honesty, we don't think peaceful, drama-free retirement would have suited either Beth or Rip anyway, given their penchant for chaos and fire.

The first two episodes of Dutton Ranch were released on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 3am EST, with new episodes dropping every Friday. You can stream them via Paramount+, with each episode airing on Paramount Network on 8pm EST on Fridays, too.

Beth and Rip are once again joined by their adopted son, Carter (Finn Little), as well as new characters such as Beulah Jackson (Annette Bening) and Everett McKinney (Ed Harris).

We won't drop any major spoilers, in case you haven't had time to watch the first couple of episodes yet (it's been a busy day and Drake dropped three new albums so we'll forgive you). But the general narrative revolves around Beth and Rip going head-to-head with a neighbouring ranch - the 10-Petal - run by Beulah and her crew.

With Dutton Ranch operating in Texas, it'll be fascinating to see whether we get any heartwarming cameos from some of the 6666 Ranch gang, such as Jimmy (Jefferson White). We doubt we'll be seeing Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes), as he seems pretty tied up with his newfound role as part of the US Marshals in Montana. Either way, Dutton Ranch is off to an explosive start, and we can't wait to see what's next.
