Cody Johnson has been nominated for three 2023 CMT Awards.
Following Lainey Wilson's four nods, Johnson joins Jelly Roll and Kane Brown as the second-most nominated artists for this year's awards.
Johnson's hit tune 'Human' has earned nominations for Video of the Year and Male Video of the Year, whilst the Grammy-winning ''Til You Can't' is up for the CMT Performance of the Year award.
It's been a prolific few months for the artist - the Grammy success of ‘‘Til You Can't’ followed on from the song's triumph at the 2022 CMAs, which earned Johnson the Single of the Year award, along with the prize for Music Video of the Year.
Celebrated for its high-powered, world-premiere and cross-genre performances, the CMT Awards have aired live since 2005, delivering Nashville’s biggest party to music fans across the globe.
The 2023 CMT Awards are all set to take place on April 2, airing live from the Moody Center in Texas on CBS.
Kelsea Ballerini and Kane Brown are taking on the hosting duties for the ceremony, with both finding themselves on the nominations list for 2023 too.
