On May 13, Carrie Underwood will celebrate the 15th anniversary of her momentous Opry induction with two special shows.
The celebration, which will air live from the Grand Ole Opry via Circle Television, will serve as a tribute to the illustrious career Carrie Underwood continues to enjoy.
It'll no doubt include a warmly nostalgic reflection on the plethora of awards and accolades Underwood has earned since first stepping onto the Opry stage all those years ago.
The Opry event will feature an array of artists performing alongside Underwood, including ‘Strawberry Wine’ hitmaker, Deana Carter, and Michael Ray.
Carrie Underwood's first ever performance at the legendary Grand Ole Opry came on June 10, 2005, only a couple of weeks after her memorable American Idol victory.
Three years later, on May 8, 2008, the chart-topping singer-songwriter was officially invited to become a member of the Grand Ole Opry by her fellow Oklahoma native and country megastar, Garth Brooks.
Carrie Underwood's hotly anticipated double Opry appearance on May 13 will heighten the already-soaring sense of anticipation ahead of her summer Vegas residency, which commences on June 21, with shows lined up throughout the year at The Theatre at Resorts World.
