Ain't a thing changed round here but the money / You try to mix it up but let me tell you somethin’," Bailey Zimmerman attests in his latest song teaser, proclaiming, "I'm anything but ‘new to country.'

The 'Where It Ends' star has announced he will be officially releasing his fiery summer anthem, 'New To Country', on Friday (June 28).

Alongside a video of himself singing a piece of the track, the artist shared the news in a recent post on social media, in which he instructs fans to "BLOW THE SPEAKERS WITH THIS ONE YALL."

Zimmerman first teased 'New To Country' in mid-June, taking to his socials to playfully call out all the haters and naysayers doubting his authenticity.

In a video posted to his Instagram, the artist spoke directly to viewers, explaining, “Being country is about way more than wearing a cowboy hat on your head or wearing boots on your feet. I grew up country as hell and I still ain't changed, so I wrote a song about it for everybody that makes fun of me and tells me I'm not country because I wear Air Force Ones. Kiss my ass, this song's called ‘New To Country’”.

The next slide featured a snippet of the anthem, a ripping tune that asserts: “Same liquor in my Dixie / Same rowdy bunch with me / I be laid up in the dirt before you ever take it from me / So take the boy out the truck / Take the boy out the mud / Put him up in a PJ he'll still try to get the 40s stuck / So line ‘em up, turn it up and keep it runnin’ / Say whatever you want but I'm anything but ‘new to country”.

The upcoming offering arrives fresh off the release of his Twisters contribution 'Hell or High Water', a ballad very different to 'New To Country' but one just as playable.
