Texas' favorite boot, scoot & boogie is returning in 2026, and with who better to headline than the neon crooners of Brooks & Dunn!

Marking its fourth edition, the 2026 installment of Two Step Inn will be once again taking over San Gabriel Park in Georgetown, Texas, on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19.

Sharing the headlining duties with B&D at the star-studded affair will be Chris Stapleton, alongside a smattering of thrilling performances during the days from the likes of Tracy Lawrence, Wyatt Flores, Kaitlin Butts, The Red Clay Strays, Cameron Whitcombs, The Castellows, Avery Anna, Clay Walker and so many more.

At the sizzling 2025 event, spectators were treated to headlining performances from the legendary Alan Jackson and the celebrated Sturgill Simpson. 

The pair filled out a weekend that will saw unparalleled performances from the likes of Miranda Lambert, Flatland Cavalry, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Ryan Bingham and the Texas Gentlemen, Nelly, Ole 60 and many more.

While still a relatively new country festival, the Georgetown, Texas event seems a seasoned affair, offering an action-packed weekend where every kind of country fan – even the country curious – will feel right at home.

Some of the best stories in country music are written simply out of happenstance. That is the case for one of the most popular and iconic country duos in music history, Brooks & Dunn.

Comprised of revered singer-songwriters Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn, both men started out their careers as songwriters, each scoring hits for the likes of John Conlee, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Highway 101, The Oak Ridge Boys and more. Brooks, hailing from Louisiana, and Dunn, coming to Nashville by way of Texas, came together by the suggestion of celebrated music executive Tim DuBois, who thought the pair would make a great songwriting team. Lo and behold, after recording their first demo together, fate would have other plans for the men.

Officially coming together as a duo in 1988, Brooks & Dunn signed to Arista Nashville where they recorded eleven studio albums, one Christmas album and five compilation albums. With more than 50 singles, 20 No. 1s and 19 Top 10s, their discography simply speaks for itself, brimming with timeless modern classics like 'Brand New Man,' 'Neon Moon,' 'Boot Scootin' Boogie,' 'Hard Workin' Man,' 'She's Not the Cheatin' Kind,' 'My Maria,' 'Ain't Nothing 'bout You,' 'Red Dirt Road,' 'Play Something Country,' 'Believe' and countless others from their nearly 40-year career.

Tallying a staggering 30 ACM Awards–coming behind only Miranda Lambert for most ACM wins–as well as 18 CMAs–tying for the most alongside Vince Gill, Brooks & Dunn have also claimed two Grammy Awards and have their names etched into the coveted Country Music Hall of Fame, to which they were inducted in 2019.

In the ever-expanding arena that is country music, the country-rap sub-genre has slowly but steadily been picking up steam, and one of the sub-genres most prolific students is none other than BigXthaPlug.

Born Xavier Landum, the Texas-born artist released his first song, 'Came Thru,' in 2019, slowly peppering out songs that would eventually become his debut EP, 2020's 

. Much like Nashville native Jelly Roll before him, BigX made a name for himself in the underground rap circles, racking up features with several notable names and steadily churning out music for his eager audiences.

, BigX linked up with fellow genre-blending prodigy Shaboozey the following year for their breakout collab, 'Drink Don't Need No Mix,' which formally signaled his first steps into the country genre. That same year, he released his breakthrough record, 

, as well as its expanded deluxe version, which included a surprise collaboration with fringe country star-in-the-making Jessie Murph.

At the turn of 2025, BigXthaPlug began teasing a long-awaited country EP, which is expected to feature highly-anticipated collaborations with the likes of Morgan Wallen, Post Malone, Ella Langley, Luke Combs, Bailey Zimmerman and Jelly Roll, among others.

Signaling country music's entry into the mainstream musical landscape, as well as its growing popularity, BigXthaPlug's artistic journey through the throes of rap and into the fringes of country music has been turning heads and ears, and will only continue to do so.

It hasn’t been long since singer-songwriter Wyatt Flores serenaded his way into country consciousness and into our hearts with his distinctive brand of three chords and the truth. 

First captivating audiences with a handful of heartfelt singles in 2022, Flores quickly planted himself among the ones to watch and has continued to stay rooted in the spotlight.

The Oklahoma native, with his penchant for waxing passionate and personal, first grabbed mass attention with the release of the deliciously desperate ballad ‘Please Don’t Go,’ following it up with tear-jerker after heartwrencher.

 EP, listeners finally received a full portrait of the young artist, one unrelenting in his quest to make us feel everything. They also got acquainted with his singular style, a kind of country-Americana tinged with an early-millennium alt-rock angst.

A spirited, self-proclaimed “Cosmic Cowgirl”, Kaitlin Butts and her music are truly like none other. 

Hailing from the great state of Oklahoma, Butts is a true storyteller through and through. Not one to shy away from difficult topics, she digs deep into characters and detailed stories in her songs and writes about what she knows. 

 in 2015, followed by her highly praised

She is married to fellow musician and lead vocalist of Flatland Calvary, Cleto Cordero. Her duet on Flatland's song ‘A Life Where We Work Out’ was recently certified Gold.

Chris Stapleton grew up playing football in high school and studied engineering in college, before he left early and moved to Nashville to pursue music in 2001.

Stapleton wound up fronting the Nashville-based bluegrass band The SteelDrivers. Together, they released two albums, 2008’s self-titled debut and 2010’s Reckless. Shortly after the latter, he left and started a southern rock band called The Jompson Brothers, which he fronted until he was signed to Mercury Nashville in 2013 and began focusing on a solo career.

Stapleton released his debut album Traveller in 2015. It showcased his powerful vocals and equally powerful songwriting. He soon followed it with two back-to-back releases in 2017, From A Room: Volume 1 and From a Room: Volume 2.

Stapleton’s solo work has garnered Grammys, ACM Awards, CMA Awards, Billboard Music Awards and much more. Traveller swept the majors, taking home Best Country Album at the Grammys, Album of the Year at the CMAs, and Album of the Year at the ACMs.

In 2020, he released his fourth studio album Starting Over.

Of the most recent up-and-coming country acts, few have been as refreshing as The Red Clay Strays. 

While their style has a classic feel and their sound is reminiscent of days gone by, their songs are pristine, their words irresistibly singable and their delivery effortlessly cool.

, the South Alabama-formed five-piece – made up of frontman Brandon Coleman, guitarists Drew Nix and Zach Rishel, bassist Andrew Bishop, and drummer John Hall – certainly proved their moment had come. 

They quickly dazzled listeners with their trademark country-fied rock, their smooth, slicked-back ‘Wondering Why’ and their guttural, fired-up ‘Stone’s Throw’ becoming instant favorites from the album.

Throughout 2023, the band continued to awe, treating crowds to their confident and controlled performances onstage at major festivals, as support for some pretty notable stars and during their own headlining trek.

This new year is set to play out much the same for The Red Clay Strays, with 2024 seeing the outfit extend their 28-date headlining run through February and take on even more festival stages beginning in the spring.

A rising star in the country music scene, Anne Wilson has spent the last few years honing her craft while also sharing a moving message that's resonated with listeners far and wide.

Made up of sisters Ellie, Powell and Lily Balcom, The Castellows have dove headfirst into making a name for themselves in country music. 

The trio of sisters from the rural small town of Georgetown, Georgia—right on the Georgia/Alabama border—signed their record deal with Warner Music Nashville & Warner Records in spring of 2023 and quickly released singles ‘No. 7 Road’ and ‘Hurricane’. 

Less than a year later, they put out their debut EP, 

 in February 2024. Of its seven tracks, the sisters had a hand in writing all but one of its songs—with the outlier being a cover.

As one of only a few all-female groups in country as of late, the trio stand out in the genre with their beautiful three-part harmonies. With Lily singing lead vocals, Powell on banjo and Ellie on lead guitar, these sisters are creating a country music sound that is authentic to them.

Already in 2024, the girls have earned their place on lists such as 

’ ‘Five Groups You Need To Know’ and CMT’s ‘Listen Up’. The Castellows are spending the first half of 2024 connecting with fans on their debut headlining tour.

Hailing from Arizona, Avery Anna has become known for her emotive and intimate songwriting style since first gaining a wave of attention on social media for her bathroom singing videos.

With chart-topping collaborations like that of Sam Barber's 'Indigo,' Anna has quickly found her lane in the country-pop space, much like Taylor Swift did before her.
