For the first time, Greensky Bluegrass took their much-loved Camp Greensky Music Festival on the road in 2023, transforming the event into a three-day Icelandic extravaganza.
The 2023 instalment featured electric performances from the hosts and headliners, Greensky Bluegrass, along with a refreshingly eclectic mix of artists, including Fruition, Holly Bowling and more.

Until 2023, Camp Greensky Music Festival had taken place in Michigan, with the inaugural celebration of alt-country and its various forms taking place back in 2018. Since then, it has continued to hold a special place in fans’ hearts, and many followed the festival's emigration to Iceland and attended the newly founded European event.
We're still waiting to hear which dates Greensky Bluegrass will be returning to Iceland for the eagerly anticipated 2024 occasion, but judging by the 2023 event, it's sure to be another unforgettable, welcoming event that marries brilliant music with breathtaking surroundings.
