Camp Greensky, the alt-country festival favourite for many, is moving to Iceland from June 3-5, 2023. Until this year, the popular event has always been held in Caledonia, Michigan.
The Iceland instalment of the festival, which will take place at the Harpa Conference Center, is still expected to serve as a whimsical, eclectic celebration of all things bluegrass.
Across three nights, fans will be serenaded by the festival curators, Greensky Bluegrass, alongside Holly Bowling and Fruition.
After-parties are also lined up featuring Neighbor, Bruzza, Anders, The Lil Smokies, Phoffman and Bont.
Here, we'll have all the up-to-date news on line-up announcements, the latest ticket and festival pass details, and any further exciting info and details for Camp Greensky Festival 2023.
Fans are already eagerly anticipating the next instalment of Camp Greensky Festival, following an electric event in 2022. It’s safe to say that Greensky Bluegrass had plenty on their plate, with the five-piece band being both the festival organisers and the headline act, but festival-goers are excited to see they’ll be doing it all again in 2023.
In 2022, the line-up featured a glittering constellation of bluegrass, Americana and Roots stars, such as Little Feat, Sammy Rae & The Friends, Peter Rowan and Steve Kimock & Friends. Greensky Bluegrass performed each of the three nights, while there were also appearances from Steppin In It, Luke Winslow King, The Wayword Sons, TK & The Holy Know-Nothings, Jon Stickley Trio, Dave Bruzza and Phoffman.
Dave Bruzza and Phoffman are set to make the trip to Iceland this year to once again perform at Camp Greensky, with both booked for the festival's 2023 aftershows.
