Charles Wesley Godwin is undoubtedly one of the most exciting and refreshing voices within the new, alt-country wave of artists.
While the likes of Tyler Childers and Zach Bryan continue to position themselves at the forefront, artists such as Godwin are following closely behind.

Having spent much of 2023 on the road on his Family Ties Tour, named after his celebrated 2023 record, Godwin has built a head of steam that looks set to intensify well into the new year.
Godwin closed out 2023 with a pair of sold-out dates at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium, as well a a four-night run of hometown shoes at West Virginia's Metropolitan Theatre in Morgantown.
Come April , he'll be heading out on his first round of headlining dates of 2024, with stops lined up in Virginia, Florida, Wisconsin, New York and Arizona, among others.
Alongside Godwin, attendees will also be able to catch exciting opening performances from special guests like Stephen Wilson Jr., Erin Viancourt, Joe Stamm Band, Muscadine Bloodline, Kashus Culpepper, Calder Allen, Ashley Anne, Ole 60 and Cole Chaney.
Throughout his headlining shows, he will also serve as support for a pair of dates for Turnpike Troubadours alongside Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit in January.
Elsewhere on his busy touring schedule, Godwin sill also be traveling around the country as a special guest on Luke Combs' highly anticipated Growin' Up and Gettin' Old Tour, with stops queued up for Milwaukee, San Antonio, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, LA and more.
In addition to his supporting slots, the 'Family Ties' tunesmith has also been tapped on several festival bills in 2024, including Tortuga, Under the Big Sky, Stagecoach, Buckeye Country Superfest, Bourbon & Beyond and others.
