Iconic country group, The Chicks, have been confirmed as one of the support acts for Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's two headlining shows at British Summer Time Hyde Park 2023.
The Chicks will take the Great Oak Stage on July 6 and 8 in support of ‘The Boss‘ and his band, with the chart-topping trio also due to perform a series of shows across the UK and Ireland earlier in the summer as part of their hotly anticipated 2023 world tour.
BST Hyde Park has established itself as one of the most popular UK summer festivals, with each headlining show serving as its own unique festival. Last year, the Eagles delivered an unforgettable headlining set, with support from a variety of exciting country artists, including Cam, Little Big Town, Morgan Wade and more.
The Chicks are a blockbuster addition to BST Hyde Park's 2023 line-up, and fans will undoubtedly be eagerly looking forward to the chance to belt out ‘Cowboy Take Me Away’ at the top of their lungs, along with a slew of the group's other smash hit singles.
Although listeners are still keenly awaiting the follow-up to The Chicks’ 2020 Gaslighter album, fans of the ‘Wide Open Spaces’ hitmakers are being given plenty of opportunities to see them roll through their expansive array of hits in 2023.
In January, The Chicks announced a 2023 Las Vegas residency, which will span six dates in May, before they embark on their world tour. This will take them across Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, the UK and Ireland, before they return stateside for another run of shows.
Also set to support Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band at BST Hyde Park 2023 this summer is Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls (July 6) James Bay (July 8).
