"When He's Older, You'll Give Him This": Zach Bryan Hands His Guitar To A Father To Gift To His Baby

On Sept. 5th, Zach Bryan did his typical walk-out among the crowd at his Glendale, Arizona show at State Farm Stadium, nearing the tail-end of his 2026 With Heaven On Tour run.

In the pit section of the stadium, right against the barricades that separate Bryan from his loyal fans, stood a young father and his baby boy. The 'I Remember Everything' songster has a tradition of gifting his acoustic guitars to fans that catch his eye within the crowds.

Leaning over to the father and pointing at his baby, Bryan stops in his tracks to say, "When he's older, you'll give him this?" "Absolutely," the fan says in response, before Bryan makes him promise: "You swear?"

"One thousand percent," the father told him in reply. Bryan then swung the guitar around the barricade to gift to him, and later gift to his son years down the road.

A special moment for all involved, Bryan then got to hold the baby boy as the father handed him over the barricade for the 'Overtime' crooner to spend a moment with the future owner of his guitar, as they snapped a picture together and Bryan thanked them for coming to the show.

Zach Bryan has had a lengthy tradition of paying special attention to the young people at his shows, taking pictures with the infant sons and daughters of his adult fans, gifting his guitars to kids, and inviting teenagers on stage to sing some of their favorite songs with him.

This rather heartwarming interaction at his Arizona show this past weekend reminds us of all the 'Heading South' duets, the high-fives and babies he's had lay on the base of his guitar since the start of his major tour runs. It's through instances such as these Bryan offers concert-goers memories that will last a lifetime and creates fans of the music for generations to come.
