Rooster Walk have revealed that Greensky Bluegrass will headline the 2023 version of the widely popular event. The festival takes place on May 25-28 in Martinsville, Virginia.

Attendees will be excited to hear that Greensky Bluegrass will be ending the four-day festival on a high-note. The five-piece band are known for being road warriors and putting on dynamic, electrifying sets, and festival-goers will expect no less at Rooster Walk 2023.

Joining Greensky Bluegrass on the line-up is The Marshall Tucker Band, Trouble No More, Doom Flamingo and more.

The music and arts festival celebrates its thirteenth instalment in 2023, but fans look set to be anything but unlucky, judging by its newly unveiled line-up. The festival was founded in memory of two friends that passed away while in their twenties - Edwin “the Rooster” Penn and Walker Shank.

Since its inauguration, Rooster Walk has raised over $270,000 for a range of local and regional charities. A significant portion of this has gone towards the Penn-Shank Memorial Scholarship Fund, which is given to outstanding MHS seniors.

Here's the full line-up so far, with over thirty more artists yet to be added:
