Palomino Festival 2023 unfortunately, won't be making its return to Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California in July.

2022's inaugural edition of the Palomino Festival was a great success, featuring big-name headliners Kacey Musgraves and Willie Nelson & Family. Completing the line-up was Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Turnpike Troubadours, Orville Peck, Zach Bryan, Old Crow Medicine Show, Charley Crockett, Paul Cauthen, Valerie June, Nikki Lane, Morgan Wade, Sierra Ferrell, Langhorne Slim, Amythyst Kiah, Sierra Hull, Low Cut Connie, Jaime Wyatt, Logan Ledger and Compton Cowboys.

Here, we have a glimpse of last year's line-up and posts from the event:

The one-day event served as a spin-off based on Stagecoach Festival's widely popular Palomino Stage, which has gained a reputation for showcasing exciting figures in the alternative country scene. The Palomino Festival's 2022 line-up epitomised the organiser's willingness to blur the boundaries between mainstream country and the genre's outer edges.

The organisers have also stressed that they are eager to ensure each instalment of the Palomino Festival is fully inclusive in its line-ups. They highlight the festival's mission of broadening listeners' cultural horizons, particularly for fans who would consider themselves 'country curious'.

Although they might not be returning this year, keep an out with us on Holler for next year's announcements and line-ups.
