The Iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre welcomes an array of country music stardom every year; most recently hosting today's most prolific country star Ella Langley, as well as opening act Gabriella Rose on the 2026 Dandelion tour.
Up and coming country artist Gabriella Rose has made rather impressive feats since releasing her debut album I Just Wanna Be Loved, such as being invited to join Langley on her 2026 Dandelion Tour.
There is a method to the madness of choosing opening acts for one's headlining tour, many times in the country landscape, that method includes selecting acts whose catalog shares some sort of similarity to the headliner's. In Langley's case, that holds true - but Rose was also invited because Langley is a genuine fan of her music.
The two joined together on stage at the tour's Colorado date, where Langley had some heartfelt words to share with the 'Think About Me' songstress.
"It's just because I believe in you so much, and I see how genuinely you love this - you love it because it is who you are. There's not a world where you weren't doing it." Langley shared her perspective on the up-and-comer, as she highlighted the authenticity behind Rose's musical passions.
"You encourage me, you inspire me," Langley said before turning to the Colorado crowd, "She just put out her first record, and I've listened to it more than any record this entire year - it's so incredible, if you haven't listened to it, please go do."
"One of the best songwriters I have met, and I'm so grateful you're out here." Langley praised Rose for the work she's done on her developing catalog, noting how much she's enjoyed having the 'Doublewide' vocalist on tour with her.
Rose gave the love right back, posting the clip of the kind words on TikTok and Instagram, letting the world know the feeling is mutual by writing, "Getting to witness dandelion at red rocks in all its glory made me so EMO. Being on this tour has changed my life. Ella you're one of the greatest entertainers the world has ever had and its mf BUTTERFLY SEASON!!!"
On that note, Rose has also filled in for Miranda Lambert and performed Langley's hit 'Butterfly Season' multiple times on the current tour run. During performances such as these, it feels as though crowds are receiving the chance to get acquainted with Rose just before she's shot into country music stardom.
Her debut record I Just Wanna Be Loved practices niche country subgenres, feeling like country with bursts of alternative pop. Her lyricism paints pictures of her most authentic life and self, feeling transportational to her most personal experiences. Langley certainly has good tastes, because Rose's songwriting on this record is both witty and real - two things that can and will take a country artist far.
