‘It's 5 O’Clock Somewhere’ - and that somewhere just happened to be right in the middle of Alan Jackson’s concert this past weekend in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Rising traditionalist country star Zach Top was caught on camera singing along to the legendary hit like he was born to sing it because, according to the internet, he might’ve been.

In a fan video circulating online, Top - cowboy hat on and drink in hand is seen belting ‘It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere’ from the crowd, fully committed to the moment as Jackson sings onstage.

The clip has sparked waves of laughter and love online and of course, reignited one of country music fans’ favorite running jokes: that Zach Top might just be Alan Jackson’s long-lost son.

Fans have long pointed out the uncanny similarities between the two, from the mullet-like hairdo, the same vocal twang, to their devotion to that classic country sound.

People online haven’t stopped talking about their shared vibe (and genes for a great mustache), which has only caused this tongue-in-cheek conspiracy theory to spiral even further.

Zach shared some playful comments on the alleged family ties in February, and judging by his all-in rendition and clear admiration for Jackson, he’s not running from the comparison.

Whether he’s country royalty or just a die-hard fan, he is keeping the discourse alive. And if there’s ever an Alan Jackson biopic in the works, we think it’s safe to say Top’s got the part.
