Zach Bryan has notched yet another entry onto the Billboard Hot 100 with the release of his newest instant hit, 'Pink Skies.'
Just after its release on May 24, the new tune debuts at No. 6 on the all-genre Billboard chart, an area that he's becoming intimately familiar with in the last year thanks to his blockbuster Kacey Musgraves-graced duet, 'I Remember Everything.'
The song clocks in behind Post Malone and Morgan Wallen's smash hit, 'I Had Some Help' – which marks its third consecutive week atop the all-genre survey – as well as Shaboozey's 'A Bar Song (Tipsy)' and offerings from Kendrick Lamar, Tommy Richman and Sabrina Carpenter.
On the Hot Country Songs front, 'Pink Skies' claims the impressive No. 3 spot, once again following behind Posty and and Shaboozey. In all, the song racked up a staggering 31.6 million official streams, as well as 166,000 in airplay audience and 10,000 units sold through May 30, and marks Bryan's 10th entry into the charts Top 10.
Previously known among Bryan admirers under the unofficial title of ‘Eulogy,’ the Oklahoma singer-songwriter originally teased the track on April 19th through an acoustic video shared to Instagram. The following month, Bryan shared a second snippet, featuring his signature harmonica, which sparked an utter frenzy among fans far and wide.
'Pink Skies' is one of the tracks that fans are eagerly anticipating will make the cut for what's sure to be his behemoth 2024 project, which Bryan has said will be called The Great American Bar Scene.
Elsewhere in the still secret track listing, fans are expecting to be treated to other previously teased tracks, such as ‘Oak Island,’ ‘Sandpaper’ and ‘28.’
Whatever songs make the cut in the end, it's clear that Bryan's fifth studio album will be making landfall much quicker that we thought.
