In recent years, it seems no awards show would be complete without a nod or two to country music's favorite singer-songwriter, Zach Bryan.
At the 59th Academy of Country Music Awards, set to take place on Thursday, May 16, the 'Something in the Orange' star has been recognized with three nominations. Two are for Music Event of the Year as artist and producer of his Kacey Musgraves duet, 'I Remember Everything,' a song that recently earned the artists a Grammy.
The other recognition is for overall Artist-Songwriter of the Year.
For Music Event of the Year, Bryan is up against Old Dominion and Megan Moroney's 'Can’t Break Up Now', Riley Green and Luke Combs' 'Different ‘Round Here', Morgan Wallen and Eric Church's 'Man Made A Bar' and Jelly Roll and Lainey Wilson's 'Save Me.'
He'll duke it out with ERNEST, HARDY, Chris Stapleton and Morgan Wallen for Artist-Songwriter of the Year.
Last year's award show saw the sensation take home his first ACM Award win for New Male Artist of the Year.
This year, though, the event will likely find Bryan on the road. The artist is currently in the thick of his The Quittin’ Time Tour, and in mid-May, he'll be caught between arena-sized shows in Arkansas and his home state of Oklahoma.
