One of country music's fastest rising talents, Vincent Mason, has tapped his long-awaited debut album for release on November 7.

Titled There I Go, the 14-track project includes a collection of already loved singles–such as his breakout single, 'Hell Is A Dancefloor,' as well as 'Damned If I Do,' 'Wish You Well' and more–as well as a smattering of songs that will serve as a fitting introduction to the Georgia singer-songwriter, starting with the vulnerable, road-worn track, 'Days Are Numbered.'

"I've been writing in town for a while and continuing to find my way back to writing songs by myself," the Interscope/MCA Nashville/Music Soup artist shared with Holler. With writing credits across every track on the record but one, including a solo write on the final song, 'Good Run,' Mason weaves together a coming-of-age patchwork, threading together tales of love, loss, ups, trials and tribulations that make up both the human experience and his personal experience over the past year.

"[My co-producer Jake Gear and I] had a bit of a mission statement as far as what we wanted the album to sound like and the vibe we're going for," Mason explains. "We wanted it to be organic with real instruments and sound really natural. I wanted to capture the energy of all these songs that I've written and pull from all the different influences that I have."

Finding the cross section between country crooners like Parker McCollum and the smooth, guitar-driven pop of John Mayer, Mason's craft is lyric-focused, seamlessly blending southern-singed country twang with his pop sensibilities.

"John Mayer was the first person that really got me into songwriting and made me pay attention to it," he recalls. "I was always a fan of country hits throughout middle and high school, but it wasn't until I got to Ole Miss that I got into Parker McCollum, Koe Wetzel, The SteelDrivers, deep cut Chris Stapleton, early Zach Bryan and Eric Church," Mason remembers. "I kind of discovered a whole new wave of country music where the songwriting sounded like Mayer, but it was sonically everything I love about country music and I've been chasing that."

Explaining how all of that went into making his debut album, Mason shares, "I think we hit on something that feels like our own spin and approach on things. It's not like we're reinventing the wheel, but it does seem like, based on the songs we chose to cut, how we recorded it and the sounds and influences we pulled from, that we've found a pretty unique to me, pointed artist album, which is what you'd want on a debut."

He adds, "On this record, we're trying to combine all of that. I really am just such a fan of country music, and I would love to pull from all the things I love most and make something new... I've been writing for a long time, so I feel like it's finally time."

Vincent Mason's debut record, There I Go, is available everywehere on November 7. Between now and then, the young entertainer will be joining country superstar Jordan Davis on his Ain't Enough Road Tour 2025 throughout the end of October.
