A little over six months since the release of his 2024 record, About A Woman, Thomas Rhett might just be teasing that a deluxe version is on its way!

Sharing a video with budding up-and-comer Lanie Gardner in the studio, the clip finds them singing along to 'What Could Go Right,' a track from the 2024 project that became an instant favorite among Rhett's fanbase.

You move close, then you slow down / Hands don't know where to go now / You're half all in, you're half, whoa now / But I can tell you wanna find out / You know, you know we can do that right now," the pair sings, trading lines as their voices compliment each other in perfect harmony.

As the screen fades to "3.21," it would seem that the sizzling duet will be hitting your favorite streaming service this Friday, March 21.

The song, which captures that will-they, won't-they excitement from Rhett and his wife's longterm relationship, depicts that oh so relatable experience of wanting to express how you feel about someone but being afraid to ruin a friendship.

Girl, don't think about what could go wrong / Just think about what could go right / Yeah, maybe we ruin this all or / Sing it through the rest of our lives," Rhett sings in the original chorus. "And I don't wanna mess it all up, but / I don't wanna say we never tried / Don't think about what could go wrong / Just think about what could go right / What could go right?

While it's unclear just yet whether any of the song's lyrics will be changed on account of Gardner's perspective being added to the song, it's evident that the previously obscure North Carolina native is well on her way to becoming a top name in the new generation of country hitmakers.

Following the release of her instant earworm, 'Buzzkill,' in mid-January, the young talent has started teasing that her highly-anticipated sophomore album may be arriving sooner than we thought, bolstered by her recent snippet of an unreleased song called 'Don't Fall In Love.'

Gardner's debut album, A Songwriter's Diary, arrived in October of 2024, the 10 tracks written entirely by Gardner including vulnerable and revealing songs like 'Lord Knows,' 'Mountains and Miller,' 'Somewhere, Nowhere in Carolina' and more.

Both acts will be hitting the road this summer as Rhett makes his way around the country on his Better In Boots Tour and Gardner keeps busy as support for risers Corey Kent and Gavin Adcock.
