There's somethin' 'bout a Thomas Rhett-Teddy Swims collaboration that just makes sense. Together, the on-and-off associates appear to have teamed up for a remake of Rhett's recent hit, 'Somethin' 'Bout A Woman'.
On Monday (Nov. 4), Swims shared a video of the two vocalists crooning the sultry song, which appeared on Rhett's recently released album, About a Woman.
"Been a long time coming…" the caption simply read.
There is no information as to when the duet will arrive, but already, the soundbite of their performance has begun to circle the internet.
This 'Somethin' 'Bout A Woman' rendition isn't the first time the pair have joined forces, the R&B powerhouse having tapped the country heavyweight for his 2020 rags-to-riches anthem, 'Broke'. The two Georgia natives also had a hand in co-penning Rhett's 2023 ballad, 'Angels (Don't Always Have Wings)'.
This collab also isn't Swims' first foray into the country genre, the more pop-leaning vocalist having recently guested on country starlet Jessie Murph's impassioned offering, 'Dirty'.
