Longtime alt-folk favorites The Lumineers are mapping out a 2025 tour, setting their sights for Europe and the United Kingdom in the spring of next year.

The 22-date jaunt, which kicks off in Vienna, Austria in late April, marks the group's first set of shows in support of a forthcoming fifth studio album set to arrive sometime in 2025. The tour will see them take on major European cities like Prague, Milan, Madrid and Berlin, as well as a number of stops across the UK before coming to a close in Dublin, Ireland on May 31.

Rising star Michael Marcagi will join them on the near-two-month trek.

"So excited to finally tell yall that I’ll be joining [The Lumineers] on their tour next year for the EU/UK," 'The Other Side' singer-songwriter poured out his excitement in a post on social media. "I’m so grateful for this opportunity I’m having a hard time believing this is real as I’m typing this out. This band has meant so much to me in my own personal music career and life in general, to get to share the stage with them is a gift I will be forever thankful for."

Since Marcagi's hit 'Scared To Start' went viral in early 2024, the artist has caught comparisons to artists like Noah Kahan and Zach Bryan. In conversation with Holler, though, he explained a big inspiration is the band he will soon venture overseas with, pinpointing them as his dream collaboration.

"If we're talking my all-time [dream collaboration], The Lumineers have been a big inspiration for me since high school," he shared in an exclusive interview. "When their first album came out, I remember hearing folk instruments on the radio for the first time and thinking, ‘This is amazing! This guy's playing the acoustic guitar and mandolin - and it's on the radio. This is awesome’. I've gotten to meet Wes, the lead singer from The Lumineers, a few times, and he's a really, really nice guy. So I think if I could do collaboration with anybody, The Lumineers would probably be my first choice”.

Perhaps that dream will become a reality while they're out on tour together.

Tickets for the band's EU and UK dates will go on sale beginning Friday, Oct. 4.
