Australian country duo Seaforth are back together. After two years apart, Tom Jordan and Mitch Thompson are back making music together.
Since his departure in October 2024, Tom has directed his energy and attention to song-writing and producing, while Mitch has kept Seaforth alive, releasing a number of songs on his own including 'THERE SHE GOES' and the highly emotive 'wasn't gonna cry'.
The pair have an infectious energy on stage, and Seaforth will simply not be Seaforth unless it's both Mitch and Tom.
And so, under the guise of holding auditions to find a new member, Mitch has slowly teased the announcement over the last few days. But now the news is out there, The Boys are back. And if you watch the audition video, you might just see someone you recognise (and we're not just talking about Tom).
“We never stopped being mates, and once we started making music again, it was clear the chemistry was still there. We’ve both grown and feel more aligned than ever about Seaforth’s future,” says Mitch Thompson.
“It’s exciting to start a new chapter while building on everything we’ve created together,” adds Tom Jordan. “We’re having a lot of fun, making music we love, and can’t wait for everyone to hear what’s next.”
We are so stoked to see that The Boys are back and we can't wait to listen to what they've been cooking up behind the scenes.
