Samantha Bryan and Zach Bryan have taken to Instagram to share heartfelt tributes to one another, as the couple celebrate their one-year anniversary. After meeting last August, Samantha and Zach got married in San Sebastián, Spain on New Year's Eve.

Alongside a series of photographs of the couple, Samantha recalls how they crossed paths, “The first day I met Zach, he told me he was going to marry me. It was pouring rain in San Sebastián, and I was walking home the same way I’d walked hundreds of times before. But this time, with mascara running down my face, thunder rolling over the bay, and my umbrella already snapped, there was Zach, smirking at me along La Concha. He joked that I looked like a disheveled wet dog, and I was done for”.

She goes on to reveal that Zach told her they'd get married, with Samantha initially dismissing this, despite secretly knowing it was true, “It was only an hour until he insisted we would one day get married. I rolled my eyes and laughed at the certainty of a man I’d only just met, but secretly, I already knew he was right. We started dating the next day, got engaged four weeks later, and eloped a week after that”.

She adds, “Just us, God & the rolling hills. John officiated & Gabriella sang”, with Samantha including a clip of Gabriella Rose rehearsing for the performance in the post.

Samantha then offers a snapshot into what Zach is like as a husband, “Zach’s the kind of husband who sets up my paints & easel for me when I’m feeling overwhelmed, who fills our house with flowers, who plays with my hair until I fall asleep, who lets me test every facial product on him before I try it myself. He tills the garden so I can spend more time doing the parts I love. He pushes me to try things outside of my comfort zone, and when I fail, still manages to convince me I did them perfectly. He’s as funny as he is talented, as kind as he is hardworking, and as loving as he is loyal. I wish more people knew Zach’s heart the way I do & all the quiet ways he loves the people who are lucky enough to be loved by him”.

Samantha concludes the heartwarming Instagram post by addressing Zach directly, “Loving you will always be my greatest blessing. I love you, baby. Happy first anniversary”.

Rose has taken to the comments to share her own tribute to the couple, “awe I love yall so much <3 happy anniversary, it was an honor to be a part of such a beautiful day 🩷 !!!!”

Zach has offered his own post via his @portrazach page on Instagram, with the ‘Something in the Orange’ singer-songwriter gushing, “Happy one year anniversary to the woman who saved my life. I love you more each day and I can’t wait to spend the next 549 days with you. People ain’t no good but you sure are”.

We're not entirely sure whether the “549 days” comment is an inside joke or some kind of movie or book reference that we're missing, but either way, it's a sweet post from Zach.

Zach is in the midst of his 2026 With Heaven On Tour, with one more date this month in Texas before he continues the run through September in Arizona, Delaware and more. As much as he loves performing, we suspect he'll be looking forward to a well-earned break with Samantha when the tour ends in October, as the couple gear up for their first wedding anniversary a couple of months later.
