Post Malone and Morgan Wallen's ‘I Had Some Help’ pivots around the story of a toxic relationship, with both sides playing a part in the destruction. Given this apt theme, it seems it was inevitable that the creators of the Venom franchise, which finds Tom Hardy's character battling against an alien alter-ago, would find a way to incorporate it into their latest instalment of Sony's blockbuster series, Venom: The Last Dance.
The new film, which serves as the third and final movie in the Venom trilogy, is out on Thursday, October 22nd, with the highly anticipated motion picture being given an exclusive theatre release ahead of being made available on streaming platforms.
In a newly shared clip from Venom: The Last Dance, which was uploaded by Post Malone's official Instagram fan-page, ExtraPosty, a slightly sped-up version of Posty and Morgan's ‘I Had Some Help’ can be heard in the background of the scene.
As the energising, infectious track plays over the visuals, Tom Hardy's protagonist - Eddie - converses with Venom as they make a failed attempt to take control of a horse.
‘I Had Some Help’ served as the momentous lead single to Post Malone's first ever country album, F-1Trillion, with Morgan being joined on the stellar project by an all-star cast that includes Dolly Parton, Luke Combs, Lainey Wilson, Tim McGraw, Jelly Roll, ERNEST, Hank Williams Jr., Chris Stapleton, Blake Shelton HARDY and more.
At Post Malone's debut stadium show in Nashville this past weekend, he surprised the crowd with a special duet with Blake, as the two performed their feel-good anthem, ‘Pour Me a Drink’, which currently sits atop the US Country Radio charts.
Given the immense popularity of the ‘Guy For That’ singer-songwriter's new country era, it's perhaps no surprise that Hollywood has now come calling, with this likely not the last time you'll be hearing ‘I Had Some Help’ reverberating across the cinema speakers.
