It continues the 36-song project's impressive streak at the business-end of the all-genre charts, with One Thing At A Time now having spent a staggering 16th nonconsecutive week at No. 1.
One Thing At A Time, which was released in March, has dominated both the country charts and all-genre listings for the majority of 2023, with the project seemingly on track to outpace the boundary-pushing success of Morgan's previous album, Dangerous.
It spawned the streaming behemoth, ‘Last Night’, which has cemented itself as the biggest track of the year so far, with the sultry, beat-driven anthem being crowned Spotify's Song of the Summer.
‘Last Night’ has spent more time atop the Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 than any other song this year, while the infectious track has already become the longest-running No. 1 country song in history, despite having only been released in January.
It seems One Thing At A Time's return to the Billboard 200 peak will be short-lived, as Drake's new album, For All The Dogs, is being tipped to replace it at No. 1 next week.
Nonetheless, as the Sneedville megastar's blockbuster One Night At A Time tour stretches into the Fall, the immense popularity of the album looks set to remain high in tandem with this.
It would therefore be unsurprising if One Thing At A Time leaps back to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 to extend Morgan's chart-topping, game-changing run in the coming months.
