Morgan Wallen fans are eagerly counting down the days until his new album, One Thing At A Time, is finally made available.
While they await Friday's release date, it's safe to say the rollout couldn't be going much better for the Sneedville superstar.
Wallen's pop-infused title-track, ‘One Thing At A Time’, has become the most added song at Country Radio this week.
Second on the list of most added tracks is Jordan Davis’ moving ode to how quickly life changes, ‘Next Thing You Know’.
It's followed by Kelsea Ballerini's fun, Bonnie and Clyde-esque single, ‘IF YOU GO DOWN (I'M GOIN’ DOWN TOO)’.
‘One Thing At A Time’ has been an instant hit with fans, and alongside the continued success of ‘Last Night’, it's been helping to amplify the sense of anticipation ahead of the new record.
‘One Thing At A Time’ was released back in December as part of a three-song EP. The sampler project also featured ‘Days That End In Why’ and ‘Tennessee Fan’, the latter of which many consider to be a sequel of sorts to Megan Moroney's hit song, ‘Tennessee Orange’.
Then, in January, Wallen dropped another sampler pack, which included ‘Everything I Love’, ‘I Wrote The Book’ and ‘Last Night’.
Interestingly, ‘Last Night’ has now been sent to US Pop Radio as well as Country Radio.
For the best part of a month, the beat-driven track has sat atop Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, and it remains in the Top 5 of Billboard's all-genre Hot 100 chart.
Morgan Wallen's new album, One Thing At A Time, is set to drop on Friday, March 3, and will feature high-profile collaborations with Eric Church, Ernest and HARDY.
As the title-track has already highlighted, Morgan Wallen is exploring a slightly more genre-fluid sound, with ‘One Thing At A Time’ largely feeling like a sonic accentuation of the title-track of his record-breaking 2021 double-album, Dangerous.
