Morgan Wallen has earned 11 accolades at the 2023 Billboard Music Awards, including Top Male Artist and Top Country Artist, with the ‘Everything I Love’ songsmith winning more accolades than any other artist at the prestigious ceremony.

In addition, Morgan took home the gongs for Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Streaming Songs Artist, Top Country Artist, Top Country Male Artist, Top Country Touring Artist and Top Billboard 200 Album.

In recognition of the chart dominance of his record-breaking 2023 album, One Thing At A Time, Morgan Wallen also won the awards for Top Billboard 200 Album and Top Country Album.

Similarly, after his sultry, beat-driven anthem spent much of the year atop of the Billboard Hot 100 chart, Morgan Wallen's ‘Last Night’ earned the Sneedville native the accolades for Top Hot 100 Song, Top Streaming Song and Top Country Song.

Morgan Wallen was given his plethora of accolades by two pitchers from the famous 1998 Atlanta Braves team, John Smoltz and Tom Glavine, with Morgan having performed his One Thing At A Time stand-out, ’98 Braves’, during the Billboard Music Awards.

In Morgan Wallen's acceptance speech, the ‘Thinkin Bout Me’ megastar emphasised his gratitude to his loyal fanbase, as well as delivering a thinly veiled barb at the CMA, after he surprisingly received no awards during the ceremony earlier in the month.

Morgan outlined, “Well, like the song [‘98 Braves’] says, ‘you win some, you lose some’. The last awards show I went to, we came home empty-handed, and at this one, I don't have enough hands for them all! Either way, I promise I'm going to stay the same regardless”.

He went on to stress, “If we come home with 10 or zero, I'm going to give y'all my all every single night and every single time I go to the studio. So thank you for this award - all these awards are really just for my fans, man. So thank you guys so much, thank you. You took a boy from East Tennessee driving a two-door Toyota Tacoma and turned me into one of Billboard's top artists, so God bless y'all”.
