As well as delivering riotous renditions of tempestuous anthems such as ‘My Kinda Folk’, ‘When It Rains It Pours’ and ‘Cold As You’, Luke Combs surprised the packed-out MetLife Stadium crowd by bringing out the cast of the new Twisters movie on-stage.

Glen Powell, Daisy Edgar-Jones and Anthony Ramos from the popular new disaster film emerged during Luke Combs’ famous ‘Beer Shotgun’ section of his set, where he usually downs a cold one alongside a fan randomly selected from the audience.

This time, though, he had some help from his Hollywood pals instead, with the audience greeting Glen, Daisy and Anthony's appearance with a chorus of cheers and screams.

They all proceeded to follow the ‘Where The Wild Things Are’ hitmaker's lead as they shot-gunned each of their beers, with Daisy endearingly passing her can to Glen to finish.

The unexpected addition to Luke Combs’ already-blockbuster setlist came after Luke dropped the lead single from the Twisters soundtrack, the fiery ‘Ain't No Love in Oklahoma’.

The song, which plays a key role in the film itself, is joined by popular contributions to the impressive project by Bailey Zimmerman (‘Hell or High Water’), Lainey Wilson (‘Out of Oklahoma’), Tyler Childers (‘Song While You're Away’), Tucker Wetmore (‘Already Had It’), Jelly Roll (‘Dead End Road’), Tanner Adell (‘Too Easy’) and more.

The film, which is a remake of the much-loved 1996 movie, Twister, arrived in theatres on July 8th, with the soundtrack being made available later in the month on July 19th.

With ‘Ain't No Love in Oklahoma’ storming up the Country Radio charts, Luke Combs is currently readying another momentous single, ‘Guy For That’ with Post Malone, for an imminent release. Excitingly, the duo were spotted recording the music video for the hotly anticipated collaboration last week along Broadway in Nashville.
