Loretta Lynn has announced her new album Still Woman Enough, arriving March 19 via Legacy.
The 50th studio album of career, the thirteen-song collection celebrates women in country music, and will possess new compositions and reinterpretations of songs from throughout Lynn’s catalog. The album will also feature Margo Price, Tanya Tucker, Reba McEntire and Carrie Underwood.
“I am just so thankful to have some of my friends join me on my new album. We girl singers gotta stick together," Loretta Lynn states. “It’s amazing how much has happened in the 50 years since ‘Coal Miner’s Daughter’ first came out and I’m extremely grateful to be given a part to play in the history of American music.”
Alongside celebrating the release of her new album, a 50th anniversary-vinyl edition of the 'Coal Miner’s Daughter' album will be released February 12.
Ahead of both releases, Lynn has released a recitation of the no.1 reaching classic title-track from 1971, which you can watch the new video for below.
