At this year's Stagecoach festival, Lana Del Rey was tapped to deliver a very special country set. And deliver she did.

From the very beginning of her cinematic showcase – flanked by background dancers, a trio of backup vocalists and a string quartet – the pop sensation-turned-latest country dabbler gave nods to the genre through striking covers of standards like Tammy Wynette's 'Stand By Your Man' and John Denver's 'Take Me Home, Country Roads.'

She even invited country veterans George Birge and The Secret Sisters onstage for performances of Birge's 'Cowboy Songs' and a stunning rendition of her own Did You Know That There's a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd hit, 'Let the Light In', respectively.

But she went a step further, debuting brand new country-coded tunes we assume will appear on her upcoming twang-inspired project, The Right Person Will Stay.

Over the last few weeks, Del Rey has been faithfully releasing bits of the forthcoming release in the form of 'Bluebird' and 'Henry, come on.' She gave both tunes the spotlight during her hour-long set, the first of which soundtracked a bewitching holographic interlude, and shared a few more unreleased numbers with her rapt audience.

A staggering number we assume is titled 'Husband of Mine' kicked off the night, with the haunting 'Quiet in the South' and charming '57.5' popping up throughout the showcase. When – and if – these numbers will receive single releases ahead of the album's arrival is not yet known.

The five new tracks, however, offered an exciting taste of what's to come from the hitmaker this May when she officially drops her long-awaited country release.
