Lainey Wilson just doesn't stop, folks!
After being crowned the new ACM Entertainer of the Year... and being invited to become an official member of the Grand Ole Opry... and announcing her new record, Whirlwind... and notching her seventh No. 1 at country radio... the country superstar has also unveiled that her new bar, Bell Bottoms Up, will officially be opening to the public on May 31.
Only announced at the beginning of the month, the new watering hole and restaurant will be taking over the space formerly taken up by Florida Georgia Line's longstanding FGL House.
In a video posted to socials, Wilson and her trusty pup Hippie can be seen outside the venue as she excitedly invited fans inside to get "cookin' and drinkin'," which will seemingly be the bar's slogan.
As a nod to her much-loved 2022 Bell Bottom Country album, Wilson joins the ranks of artist bars in Nashville, who will also be seeing the openings of Morgan Wallen's This Bar in a mere matter of days and Luke Combs' Category 10 later this year. It will also make the Louisiana hitmaker one of only two female country acts to operate their own establishment alongside Miranda Lambert's Casa Rosa.
The opening night of Bell Bottoms Up is quite an interesting one, as the award-winning entertainer will also be performing the first of two sold-out shows just down the street at Nashville's Ascend Amphitheater that night.
Marking the first nights of her 2024 Country's Cool Again Tour, we can only anticipate that Wilson will have plenty of tricks and surprises up her sleeve as she kicks off not one, but two major milestones in her career.
With so many announcements and achievements coming her way in the last few weeks – but really the last few years, if we're being honest – Wilson's momentum continues to build and her star just consistently keeps rising as 2024 shapes up to be yet another hugely successful year for the Bell Bottom Country trailblazer.
