Over the last year and some change, Holler and the team behind the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart have rung in the top songs across the country with more than 20 of the genre's most beloved and most popular tunes climbing their way to the peak.
Established in March of 2024, the very first UK Country Radio Airplay chart-topper was Conner Smith's 'Creek Will Rise,' which maintained the top spot for two weeks before churning through offerings from the likes of Sam Hunt, Ashley Cooke, Post Malone, Nate Smith, Ella Langley, Shaboozey, Luke Combs, Drew Baldridge and so many more.
A year later, the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart is ringing in its first anniversary by honoring some of the survey's biggest gainers, movers and shakers, while also celebrating some of the songs that soundtracked our 2024.
Among this year's honorees are Lainey Wilson, who ties for the Most No. 1 Singles of 2024 – both '4X4XU' and 'Hang Tight Honey' found their way to the chart's pinnacle – alongside Jordan Davis, whose 'Tucson Too Late' and 'I Ain't Sayin'' achieved the same feat.
While serving as an esteemed headliner at London's The O2 for C2C London 2025, Wilson offered, "Y'all raised me. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making me feel welcome from the beginning."
Davis also takes home the trophy for Most Weeks at No. 1 thanks to 'I Ain't Sayin'' spending an impressive eight nonconsecutive weeks reigning over the survey.
After being bestowed his honors earlier this week, Davis shared, "Thank you to UK Country Radio and to the fans for believing in me and believing in my music. Building a fan base overseas is something that is really important to me and to see y’all accepting me, is amazing. It is truly very special to be recognized in the UK!”
Elsewhere, country-pop powerhouse Dasha nabs her own pair of awards for Most Weeks On The Chart with 40 weeks and Highest Chart Reach with 22 million impressions due to her breakout, blockbuster hit, 'Austin.'
The California native received her trophies during a a songwriters round at The Bluebird Cafe at C2C in Berlin early last week, saying, "Thank you so much, this is insane. This means the world to me because this was not my life a year ago. I’m so grateful. I love you guys in the UK!”
So far, 2025 has seen a handful of country hits trade places on the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart, including Cody Johnson & Carrie Underwood's 'I'm Gonna Love You,' Tucker Wetmore's 'Wind Up Missin' You,' Drew Baldridge's 'Tough People' and Blake Shelton's 'Texas,' which has claimed the top spot for five nonconsecutive weeks.
