Jon Pardi has given his fan-favourite track, ‘Your Heart Or Mine’, a vibrant set of visuals. Today, the Texan released the official music video for the romantic hit, which was filmed in Mexico.
The song documents the sparks that fly as Pardi meets a woman in a downtown bar.
The connection he immediately feels leaves him asking, “Is it your heart or mine? / Is it whiskey or wine? / Is it somethin' in the night / Makin' us wanna cross that line?”.
‘Your Heart Or Mine’ epitomises Pardi's ability to strike a balance between modern country and a more traditional-leaning sound.
Since he released the song last year, it has proven to be one of the most popular tracks from his much-loved Mr. Saturday Night album.
The new music video captures the alluring charm that underpins the song, with Pardi bumping into a woman while at a restaurant.
She drops her necklace, so Pardi - ever the gentleman - catches up with her and returns it, which kickstarts a night of drinking and dancing.
The video comes during a busy period for the country star, who recently welcome his first child.
The ‘Ain't Always The Cowboy’ hitmaker also performed at the Grand Ole Opry earlier in February.
Pardi is preparing to set off on his eagerly awaited 2023 run of dates, which begins with the singer-songwriter's high-profile appearance at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo on March 8.
