Jon Pardi has cancelled his upcoming UK and European tour, with the ‘Night Shift’ hitmaker also being forced to withdraw from The Long Road Festival 2023.
Pardi was originally due to headline the final day of the event, which takes place this weekend in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, and will feature sets from Sierra Ferrell, Blackberry Smoke, The War and Treaty, Megan Moroney, Jackson Dean, Margo Price and more.
Taking to his socials, Jon Pardi apologised, “I’m sorry to announce that we’ve had to postpone the UK & European leg of the Mr. Saturday Night World Tour. Details on rescheduled dates will be available soon so please hold on to your tickets. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, refunds are available at the point of purchase. This sadly also means we have to cancel our headline appearance at The Long Road Festival”.
Pardi went on to express directly to fans, “Appreciate you all understanding as we get new dates on the calendar, and really excited to get over there to the fans soon”.
Attendees online expressed their sympathies for The Long Road Festival 2023 organisers, who suffered a similar fate last year when headliner Chris Young was forced to pull out at the last minute.
Ticket-holders to any of Pardi's UK and European shows will be hoping the Californian singer-songwriter announces his rearranged dates sooner rather than later.
