While spending time in Nashville this week for CMA Fest 2025, if you wander past Jason Aldean's bar, you might notice a few peculiar notices emblazoned across the wall.

It seems a new bar is opening inside the first floor of Aldean's, and judging by the pointed phrasing of the signs, we think Post Malone might be behind this mysterious hole-in-the-wall.

When you walk into Aldean's, immediately to the back-right, you'll see a section of the bar blocked off with construction work being carried out inside. On the doors and windows, you'll see the words “Something BIG is coming” and “We'll keep you POSTED”. It also appears this new venture will be launching in “Summer 2025”.

The fact that “POSTED“ and “BIG” are written in capitals definitely feels like a not-so-subtle nod to Post Malone. The link between ‘POSTED’ and ‘Post’ is evident, and ‘BIG’ is seemingly a reference to the ‘Chemical’ hitmaker's Big Ass Stadium Tour.

A Post Malone bar on Broadway would undoubtedly make a lot of sense, with the ‘I Had Some Help’ chart-topper cementing himself as one of the biggest names in the modern country sphere - and, thankfully, it looks like the genre-blending maverick has no intentions to switch back to trap or indie-pop any time soon.

Post Malone is currently working on his follow-up to 2024's F-1Trillion, with Chandler Walters - a key writer and instrumental for Post's debut country record - confirming to Holler earlier in the year that his next project is a continuation of F-1Trillion.

If this new space is what we think it is, it will be fascinating to see what name Post Malone opts for. Artists tend to choose something that's inspired by their music, with Morgan Wallen naming establishment This Bar, after his song of the same name, while Luke Combs went for Category 10, themed around his early hit, ‘Hurricane’.

Post could go down the Lainey Wilson route, and pen a song specifically for the bar. Wilson named hers Bell Bottoms Up, before dropping a track of the same name the next year.

Admittedly, the Double-Diamond-certified artist has an array of songs that lend themselves to bars. Post Malone even has one offering dedicated to another Nashville bar, ‘Losers’.

Perhaps Post Malone will use a lyric from one of the many alcohol-infused stand-outs from F-1Trillion, such as ‘Pour Me a Drink’, ‘Guy For That’, ‘I Had Some Help’ or ‘Finer Things’. Despite possessing a dizzying array of options that would work, we're going to place our bet on the simple yet effective Posty's Bar.
