As he continues his Australia trip, Zach Bryan has shared another unreleased song snippet, which is yet to be given a title, but seemingly nods to the thrill and euphoria of new love.
The Oklahoma native first shared a clip of the slow-burning ode last week, with the ‘Something in the Orange’ chart-topper now gifting fans another acoustic rendition of the tune.
Zach Bryan croons warmly, “I ain't written a love-song in so long / As your hair leads down your spine / If you don’t mind, being mine / For the night, or the rest of time / Let your hips and lips and your fingertips / Slip against the city streets seeping in again / Sleeping in while my friends get high on the edge of the Westside highway”.
He goes on, “Did you ever get back to Byron Bay? / The day that you told me to quit drinking”. This nod to the coastal Australian town in New South Wales has led fans to speculate that this track is about Bryan's alleged Australian girlfriend, Hannah Duncan.
Although neither Zach Bryan nor his rumoured girlfriend, Hannah Duncan, has officially announced any kind of relationship, many viewed the couple's posts earlier in March as a “hard-launch” via social media, after the two were spotted on a date in New York.
It marks the first time Bryan has referenced a partner since his contentious split from BFF's Podcast co-host, Brianna LaPaglia, back in November 2024. LaPaglia accused Bryan of emotional abuse, and of attempting to get her to sign a $12 million NDA.
Zach Bryan has been spending time in Australia, with the country-folk megastar regularly posting photos from the sun-soaked holiday, alongside a smattering of song snippets.
It remains to be seen whether this recently teased track is set to appear on Zach Bryan's keenly awaited new With Heaven On Top EP, which is expected to arrive in the coming weeks. Zach Bryan also has a studio album in the works, believed to be titled Motorbreath, with Bryan sharing a Matthew McConaughey-voiced introduction to the project - billed as his “final major label album” earlier in 2025.
In addition to this heartfelt, lovestruck snippet, Zach Bryan's loyal fanbase are patiently waiting for other unreleased gems such as ‘Metal’, ‘Dark Brown Eyes’ and ‘Santa Fe’ to drop.
It's unclear at this point which of the wealth of tracks Bryan has been sharing in recent months will feature on With Heaven On Top and which will appear on Motorbreath, with the possibility remaining - unfortunately - that some might not make the cut on either. Either way, it seems we have plenty of exciting new music to look forward to over the course of the year from the ‘I Remember Everything’ hitmaker.
