Country prodigy, Gabriella Rose, has been making waves across TikTok over the past few days, courtesy of the infectious new teaser for her forthcoming song titled, ‘Double Wide’.
The track finds the Los Angeles singer-songwriter crooning playfully across a foot-stomping beat and a sumptuously twangy guitar riff, as Rose paints a vivid picture of her bucolic lifestyle.
‘Double Wide’ carries an irresistible swagger and tongue-in-cheek tint, with Gabriella Rose offering up a range of witty wordplay such as ‘I like my trailer like you like your women, ooh, double-wide” and “I like men like I like my country, ooh, big and rich”, the latter being a cheeky nod to the iconic 2000's country duo, Big & Rich.
Since Gabriella Rose shared that first snippet of ’Double Wide’ on TikTok, the clip has gone extremely viral across the social media platform. It's been viewed over 25 million times, with the official sound being used to create 11.5 thousand videos at the time of writing.
CMT-nominated band, Tigirlily Gold, have taken to the comments to toast the quality of the song, responding, “Wowieeeee!!!!!!” while Julia DiGrazia joked, “I need to fiddle on this STAT”.
Even the official TikTok page for Lucchese Boots, which Rose name-checks during the song, has weighed in, pleading with the up-and-coming artist to drop the track, “We are singing this every 5 mins in the office. 🤠 Please put this on Spotify now!”
At the moment, it's unclear when Gabriella Rose is planning to release ‘Double Wide’, with the fast-emerging artist's most recent single, ‘Preacher Man’, arriving back in mid-August.
Given the immense virality of ‘Double Wide’, we wouldn't be surprised if Gabriella Rose is currently being swarmed by Nashville record labels attempting to sign the rising star. Even so, with the deafening buzz surrounding the song, we reckon she must be readying the eagerly anticipated earworm for a release in the coming weeks.

“I like good old-fashioned country music, something with a beat
I like a tall, lean mean with Luccheses on his feet
I like the crackle of a bonfire under a big old mountain sky
I like my trailer like you like your women, ooh, double-wide
-
I put Betsy Rose over my bed frame, I put Jesus on my dash
Slap a T-bone steak on my Traeger, while singing to ‘The Man in Black’
I'll put a bullet through an old beer can, in denim with a real nice fit
I like men like I like my country, ooh, big and rich”
