We’re going to prescribe you a short course of Callie Twisselman’s new single ‘In My World.’ It should do the trick with just one listen, but if the symptoms of anxiety and melancholy persist then repeated listens may be needed.
The Californian country star returns in glorious style with her first new music in three years and gives us all something to smile about for once. Written by Twisselman, ‘In My World’ is the life affirming aspirational anthem we could all do with right now and it’s premiering exclusively on Holler today.
"It’s just a feel-good, fun upbeat song I wrote one day sitting on my couch," says Twisselman. "I was thinking about all the things I wanted in life and daydreaming of what my world would look like if I got to make all the decisions and all of my wishes and desires just came true."
In Callie Twisselman’s dream world she’d be flying around on a private jet, drinking champagne, with a million (preferably pink) dollars in the bank, a house with a swimming pool and not a care in the world. She’d have a good hair day every day, a fresh tan and a man “with a good mind and some strong hands.”

Produced by Tyler Cain, known for his work with Darius Rucker, Colbie Caillat, and Gavin DeGraw, and mixed by Chris Lord-Alge, ‘In My World’ is the uplifting pick me up we all need once in a while.
"I hope when people listen to the song they are put in a good mood," Twisselman adds. "And maybe even think about all of their hopes and dreams they want to strive for. I think it’s important in life to have dreams and goals cause then you have something to get excited about and chase after. And you never know, they just might come true."

Growing up on her family’s seventh-generation grain and cattle ranch in California, and with an impressive resume already under her belt, including performances at the C2C festival in London and opening for legendary artists like Dolly Parton, ‘In My World’ is the first new music from Callie Twisselman since her Closure EP in 2021 and Holler for one is very excited to have her back.
