We've said it before and we'll say it again!

Since up-and-comer Lanie Gardner arrived on the country scene, all listeners have wanted from her is more.

As one of the genre's most exciting up-and-comers, the North Carolina started the year off on a hot streak with her instant earworm, 'Buzzkill,' in mid-January.

The breakout single marked a distinct new chapter in her artistry following her 2024 debut album, A Songwriter's Diary, which featured 10 tracks written entirely by Gardner, steeped in vulnerable and revealing songs like 'Lord Knows,' 'Mountains and Miller,' 'Somewhere, Nowhere in Carolina' and more.

Now, with all eyes peeled on the burgeoning artist and her sophomore record, Gardner has been busy laying out breadcrumbs of what we can expect, including her most recent teaser, 'Little Bit of Lovin'.'

Balancing organic acoustic guitar picking and a steady click track, the new song finds Gardner straddling the lines of country and pop in all the right ways as she sings about how no obstacles or disagreements will ever outweigh "a little bit of lovin'."

"This ain't no Band Aid, baby / Cause we got the good stuff / Keep us from comin' unglued," she croons as the beat picks up, echoing a sound similar to that found throughout Morgan Wallen's discography.

"Ain't it funny what a little bit of lovin' can do / It's always keepin' me runnin' to you / Yeah, we got that just can't get enough / Strong and steady kind of touch / When you know that you got something to lose / Ain't it funny what a little bit of lovin' can do," the chorus sings.

'Little Bit of Lovin'' follows her previous snippet, 'Don't' Fall In Love,' which falls more in line with Gardner's signature blend of classic country, southern rock and bluesy, moody rock.

Yet, where 'Don't Fall In Love' felt distinctly Fleetwood Mac-coded – fitting given she first gained massive popularity after posting a cover of the bands 'Dreams' in October 2020, which has now gained well over 60 million views – 'Little Bit of Lovin'' shows yet another side to the blossoming hitmaker.

Earlier this month during C2C Berlin, Gardner shared with Holler that her highly-anticipated sophomore record might be coming sooner than we thought, revealing that a new project will be arriving sometime this summer and promising that fans will want to "dance and cry and laugh and everything."

"We're really excited about this one," she beamed,"so keeps your eyes peeled, keep your ears open and, hopefully, you guys like it."

As we await more news about the exciting new project, Gardner will be busy on the road alongside Corey Kent on his Black Bandana Tour, with shows slated in Kentucky, Ohio, Missouri and Illinois.

She'll also be on hand at a batch of exciting festivals, including Two Step Inn, Tortuga, Stagecoach, Carolina Country music Festival and more.

For a portion of the lyrics to Lanie Gardner's 'Little Bit of Lovin',' see below:

So we got in a fight
You slammed the foor and I cussed you out big time
But some WD40 and a kiss, it'll be alright
We both know nobody sleepin on that couch tonight

This ain't no Band Aid, baby
Cause we got the good stuff
Keep us from comin' unglued

Ain't it funny what a little bit of lovin' can do
It's always keepin' me runnin' to you
Yeah, we got that just can't get enough
Strong and steady kind of touch
When you know that you got something to lose
Ain't it funny what a little bit of lovin' can do
