Blake Shelton's 'Texas' Secures Sixth Week at No. 1 on UK Country Radio Airplay Chart

There seems to be no stopping Blake Shelton's 'Texas'. The artist's infectious tune once again reigns at No. 1 on the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart, marking its sixth nonconsecutive week at the top of the radio ranking.

During the frame dated March 7 to March 13, 'Texas' enjoyed a whopping 875,220 impressions over 114 plays, a massive lead over the No. 2 spot, where Drew Baldridge's 'Tough People' sits with 698,914 impressions.

For the last 17 weeks, ‘Texas’ has been taking over the airplay chart and doesn't seem ready to relinquish its hold anytime soon. The pop-flecked tune is Shelton's second career UK radio chart-topper, after Post Malone's ‘Pour Me a Drink’ on which he guested last year.

Myles Smith's 'Nice To Meet You', Max McNown's 'A Lot More Free' and Jordan Davis' UK radio staple, 'I Ain't Sayin',' currently round out the chart's Top Five, staking their claims on the No. 3, No. 4 and No. 5 spots respectively.

Davis' 'I Ain't Sayin'' is certainly no stranger to the chart's top spots, the tune having held a record-breaking run atop the ranking in 2024. This week, however, it saw a resurgence, bounding from its previous position at No. 14 into the Top Five. It was a week of even more big moves, with Mickey Guyton's 'You Don't Know Me At All' soaring from its position at No. 51 to No. 27, and Tucker Wetmore's '3,2,1' continuing its ascent into the Top 20.

Several songs made their debut on the chart this frame, the ranking welcoming The Castellows' 'You Don't Even Know Who I Am', Cody Johnson's 'People In The Back', as well as Gareth's 'Quiet In This House.'
