Blackberry Smoke have slated their new album, Be Right Here, for February 16, 2024.

Released via 3 Legged Records/Thirty Tigers, its lead single, 'Dig A Hole,' was written by lead singer Charlie Starr and keyboardist Brandon Still. Listen to the new tune here.

Produced by Grammy award-winning producer Dave Cobb, Be Right Here aims to remind listeners to be present and live authentically. Across its ten tracks, fans will be treated to the band's signature blend of rock and roll anthems, Americana-infused ballads and southern rock barn burners.

Reflecting on the project, Starr shares, “We always track live together, but this time we had all our amps and drums and everything in the same room. It’s just as natural and as real as possible. The last album was very raw too, but with this one I remember different times I would say, ‘I think we should redo that,’ and Dave was like, ‘No, leave it that way. That way it’s magical'".

The band – consisting of Starr (vocals, guitar), Richard Turner (bass, vocals), Brit Turner (drums), Paul Jackson (guitar, vocals) and Still (keyboards) – has released seven albums since its formation in 2001, including 2021’s You Hear Georgia, which celebrated their 20th anniversary as a band.

The band will make an appearance at England's iconic The Long Road Festival tomorrow (August 26), and will be zigzagging across the U.S. for much of the remainder of 2023. Accompanying them on their electric live shows this fall will be Turnpike Troubadours, Ben Chapman, Miles Miller and Red Shahan on select dates.
