Bailey Zimmerman and Luke Combs’ fiery, motivational 2025 earworm, ‘Backup Plan’, has scored a second consecutive week atop the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart.

The energising anthem appears on Zimmerman's eagerly awaited debut album, Different Night, Same Rodeo, which drops on August 8th. The titanic duo debuted the infectious, uplifting track during Combs’ headlining Stagecoach Festival 2025 in April.

During this frame, ‘Backup Plan’ amasses a tally of 1.12 million impressions, proving enough to hold onto the top spot for a second week. Another galvanising collaboration, Alex Warren and Jelly Roll's ‘Bloodline’, has surged to No. 2, with the uptempo, genre-blending duet expected to hit No. 1 in the coming weeks.

Completing this week's Top Five is Russell Dickerson's playful, viral hit, ’Happen to Me’, at No. 3, and Scotty McCreery and Hootie and the Blowfish's ‘Bottle Rockets’ and Morgan Wallen and Tate McCrae's ‘What I Want’ at No. 4 and No. 5 respectively.

Sam Hunt's rose-tinted, down-home single, ’Country House’, is the biggest mover this week, with the ‘Take Your Time’ hitmaker's much-loved track rising 167% to land at a new high of No. 19. ‘Country House’ is believed to feature on Hunt's next album.

The latest frame of the UK Country Radio Airplay Chart also sees new entries from Megan Moroney's ‘6 Months Later’ (No. 14) and Julia Cole's ‘Day Late & A Buck Short’ (No. 39).
