Anne Wilson has unveiled the full tracklist for her keenly awaited new album, REBEL, featuring Lainey Wilson, Jordan Davis and Chris Tomlin, with the project set to arrive on April 19.

The exciting additions of these three artists will no doubt intensify the already sky-high sense of anticipation ahead of the record, which serves as Wilson's first official country album.

The Kentucky singer-songwriter has previously made her name in the world of Christian music, with Anne Wilson dropping her widely lauded debut record, My Jesus, in 2022. The two genres blend seamlessly on Anne Wilson's stellar recent releases, such as ‘Rain in the Rearview’, ‘Strong’, ‘God & Country’ and the swaggering title-track.

2023 CMA Entertainer of the Year, Lainey Wilson, will feature on ‘Praying Woman’, with fans clamouring for the blockbuster duet to be released before the full project. It'll serve as a touching moment between one of the biggest names in the genre and one of the most exciting new voices to have emerged in recent months.

Just last evening (February 27), Anne Wilson was named one of the Opry NextStage class of 2024 alongside 49 Winchester, Charles Wesley Godwin, Chase Matthew, Ella Langley, Flatland Cavalry, Josh Ross, Madeline Edwards and Wyatt Flores.

Another country chart-topper, Jordan Davis, will join Anne Wilson on ‘Country Gold’, while global megastar, Chris Tomlin, teams up with the fast-emerging artist on ‘The Cross’.

Faith has always been one of the major muses in country music, with some of the most iconic tracks pivoting around spirituality, including Randy Travis’ ‘Three Wooden Crosses’, George Strait's ‘God and Country Music’, Larry Fleet's ‘Where I Find God’ and more.

Anne Wilson's upcoming album looks set to become a cherished addition to the libraries of fans of both genres, with listeners counting down the days until the April release date.
