Alana Springsteen has upped the anticipation levels for her debut album by dropping the title-track, ‘Twenty Something’.
The song serves as an anthem for those caught in the often confusing limbo between being a teenager and a fully-fledged adult, with Springsteen offering a snapshot into the mindset of a 22-year-old navigating today's world (“We know it all and don't know nothing / At twenty something”).
The new song will appear on Springsteen's debut full-length album, TWENTY SOMETHING, which will also feature all the songs on her recently released Messing It Up EP.
This project spawned a variety of fan-favourite cuts, such as ‘You Don't Deserve A Country Song’ and ‘Goodbye Looks Good On You’, featuring fellow up-and-coming artist, Mitchell Tenpenny.
Alana Springsteen is establishing herself as one of the most exciting new artists to emerge out of Nashville's contemporary, pop-infused sound, with TWENTY SOMETHING set to serve as a key marker-post in the singer-songwriter's flourishing career.
She's hitting the road hard in 2023, with a variety of live shows and festival appearances lined up, including a coveted spot on the bill at the UK's Long Road Festival towards the end of August.
