Following a successful run of shows as part of the UK and Ireland's C2C Festival weekend in March, Alana Springsteen has confirmed she'll be making the trip across The Pond once more towards the end of August for her first ever European tour.
Kicking off on August 25 in Utrecht, Netherlands, the country prodigy will then be heading back to the UK to perform as part of its hugely popular Long Road Festival a couple of days later.
The ‘you don't deserve a country song’ singer-songwriter will then take her rapidly expanding armoury of hits to Manchester, London and Glasgow, before starting September with a show in Omagh, Northern Ireland. Springsteen's 2023 European tour will draw to a close in the country-music-loving hub of Dublin, Ireland.
The Virginia native shared her excitement at the tour news, tweeting, “i’m heading out this aug. for my first official tour in europe!! @C2Cfestival earlier this year was my 1st time overseas & i felt so at home!! bring ur fam and ur friends. can’t wait for more hugs & mems”.
By the time she steps on the plane, Springsteen will excitingly have released another brand new body of work, with her eagerly anticipated TWENTY SOMETHING: Figuring It Out project due to drop on July 14. It'll feature previously shared fan-favourites such as ‘chameleon’ and the much-loved title-track.
Avid listeners across the UK and Europe will also be keenly looking forward to hearing Alana Springsteen deliver live renditions of songs from the up-and-comer's acclaimed earlier projects, such as ‘While You're At It’ and ‘goodbye looks good on you’.
